Vibe CVEN6SW-V5 6.5″ Midbass Speaker
The CVEN6SW is a dedicated 6.5″ midbass. It covers the band between the subwoofer and the midrange and nothing else, so it doesn’t have to reproduce vocals. That lets Vibe specify it very differently from a generic 6.5″ that has to do everything.
The motor is a 17 oz Y35 ferrite magnet, chosen over neodymium for long-term thermal stability under sustained output. The voice coil former is aluminium, which carries heat away from the winding so the driver’s character doesn’t shift as it warms up. It has a DuPont aramid spider, a damped long-fibre paper cone and a pressure-cast aluminium chassis.
Built to pair with the CVEN3SM midrange and CVEN1ST tweeter in a fully active three-way front stage.
Sold as a pair.
