Helix V Eight DSP Ultimate
The Helix V Eight DSP Ultimate is the latest evolution of Helix’s all-in-one DSP amplifier: an 8 channel Class HD amplifier with an integrated 14 channel DSP. It delivers 8 x 110 W RMS at 4 Ohms, or 4 x 110 W RMS at 4 Ohms plus 4 x 220 W RMS at 2 Ohms on channels 5 to 8, giving plenty in reserve for demanding multi-way systems.
Connectivity is huge. There are 12 highlevel inputs (up to 32 V, with ADEP.3 for seamless OEM integration), 6 RCA inputs, an optical digital input, an Extension Card 2.0 slot for options such as Bluetooth HD streaming or extra inputs, and USB PerfectStream. On the output side you get eight speaker outputs plus six processed RCA line outputs (max. 3 V) for adding more amplifiers.
USB PerfectStream turns the USB-C port into a bi-directional audio interface: lossless streaming up to 192 kHz / 32 Bit from a phone, tablet or PC, real-time measurement signals for the Advanced Input Signal Analyzer (AISA), and DSP PC-Tool configuration, all at the same time. The 32 Bit ACO co-processor handles fast switching between up to ten sound setups and features such as Augmented Bass Processing, RealCenter, Dynamic Loudness Control and Remote Tone Control.
Tuning is done with the DSP PC-Tool 6 software, which adds TuneEQ automated equalisation and cross-channel group EQs for quick, precise results in any vehicle.
