Helix Extension Card 2.0 BT-HD
The Extension Card 2.0 BT-HD turns your Helix or Match DSP or DSP amplifier into a full Bluetooth audio streaming hub. It uses Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX HD, AAC and SBC, streaming at up to 576 kbps and 24 Bit / 48 kHz, and adds an optical SPDIF output too.
The audio goes digitally straight from the module into the DSP with no extra conversion, so nothing is lost before processing. With a CONDUCTOR or DIRECTOR remote you get play/pause, track skip, pairing and connect/disconnect, and the DIRECTOR display shows artist, title and the codec in use. It also lets you tune the DSP wirelessly from a Bluetooth equipped PC with DSP PC-Tool 6 or later (ACO platform devices).
Which DSPs it fits: every Helix and Match DSP with an Extension Card 2.0 slot. From our range that’s the Match UP 10DSP MK2, Match UP 8DSP MK2, Match UP 8BMW MK2, Match UP 6DSP MK2, Helix V Eight DSP Ultimate and Helix Next DSP Ultra XT. A module-specific cover panel and a high-performance antenna are included. Older DSPs without the Extension Card 2.0 slot use their own model-specific HEC or MEC BT HD module instead. Made in Germany.
