Audiotec Fischer AMI Tuning Kit
The AMI Tuning Kit is a complete, ready to use measurement suite for tuning DSP based car audio systems. At its heart is the AMI (Audio Measurement Interface), built to work hand in hand with the Audiotec Fischer DSP PC-Tool for both electrical and acoustic measurements.
The AMI has a microphone input with adjustable gain and 24 V phantom power, a line input switchable for low or high-level signals (max. 1 V or 40 V), stereo RCA and optical outputs for playing test signals straight into a DSP, and a loopback function for phase measurements. It is USB powered and works with Windows 10 and 11, macOS, Android and iOS.
In DSP PC-Tool it unlocks AISA input analysis to find and correct factory EQ, time alignment and allpass filters, RTA measurements with automatic TuneEQ equalisation, and ATM automatic time measurement for speaker delays.
What the kit adds over the standard AMI (H424519): the standard AMI comes with the interface, a 3 m USB-C cable with USB-A adaptor, an RCA-to-high-level adaptor and a 16 GB USB drive of DSP tuning tracks. The Tuning Kit includes all of that plus a calibrated Beyerdynamic MM-1 measurement microphone made in Germany, a tripod microphone holder, a 2 m XLR microphone cable, a 3.5 m optical Toslink cable and a 3.5 m mono RCA cable.
